I’ll cross that stitch when I come to it

Well, I had a lovely weekend, if a bit short! This is the first weekend in quite a while that Glenn didn’t work one of the days - over Memorial Day, he worked Sunday *and* Monday. Can’t say we don’t need the money what with the house and all, but sometimes it’s just nice to relax together!

So, while I was relaxing, I did a bunch of stitching. Friday was the first day of the Inspirations SAL with Jean. I got a bit of stitching done - all of the border on page 1, plus some of the vine backstitch. It was very enjoyable, even though it’s on 40ct!

The picture’s pretty awful since I couldn’t find my camera, so I just scanned it in the Q-snaps. Well, now I know better

Saturday I stitched a freebie from the Sampler Girl, Summer in Tuscany. I came up with my own Crescent Colours for it, and used a piece of 28ct Zweigart I had lying around. Well, I guess I didn’t do a very good job, as the greens kinda faded into the background fabric.

And, finally, today I stitched on W. No piccie update for that, as by the time I decided to stop stitching, I was just too tired to fight with the scanner. Well, I hope everyone else had a lovely weekend, and had lots of stitching time, too!
