6 Weird Things about Me

The rules: Each player of this game starts with the “6 weird things about you.” People who get tagged need to write in their blog of 6 weird things as well as state this rule clearly. In the end, you need to choose 6 people to be tagged and list their names.

1. I had a dog when I was a kid, so I always thought I was a dog person. My fiance always had cats, so he convinced me to get Speck. Now, I’ve discovered I’m really a cat person I also have pet rats.

2. I love cross stitch, but I didn’t start doing it until college. I knitted in high school, and before that, I did plastic canvas. I actually brought back some of my previous crafty stuff from my last trip home, so I should probably take pictures of it so y’all can make fun of me

3. I think a lot of people see me as anti-social, but I’m really just reserved. I’m not the kind of person to strike up a conversation with strangers in the elevator, and am kinda weirded out when other people do it to me.

4. I eat my french fries in order by size. Shortest first, longest last. I’ve always done it. I have a few other weird OCD quirks, but that’s the one that freaks people out most.

5. I still have my childhood Teddy Bear, Bunky. I think I slept with him every night until I went away to college. He still sits next to my bed, and if I’m really sick and can’t sleep, I’ll still occasionally use him as a pillow in the middle of the night

6. I can’t sleep unless I’m covered in a heavy blanket. Even when I’m taking a nap. Even in the middle of summer.
