..this close!
I was this close to finishing up the cross stitching portion of the biscornu, when I ran out of Kreinik braid. Oh well, guess I’ll have to wait to finish that up until I can go to a craft store. In the meantime, here’s my first hour or two of work on Qa6M.
I’m stitching it over 1 on 32ct linen. The floss I’m using, while pretty, isn’t very strong - it broke several times just while I was stitching that little motif. I’m trying to compensate by using very short lengths of floss, so hopefully it’ll act better. I was a little worried about the color choices, mainly that the red wouldn’t stand out well against the raspberry, but so far, I love how it’s turning out!
