Plodding along

Well, no pic tonight. Work today was absolutely awful, and I ended up staying late, so I haven’t had much time to stitch, and I’ve just been too tired to take a picture. I did get a little more done on the largest sail, and finished up the face and hand of the witch on the bowsprit. The way it’s looking, I’m going to come close to finishing it, but not quite make my target.

Depending on how close I am, I may bend my deadline and finish it. I do have several things to finish - besides holiday presents, I have a biscornu exchange I need to mail by November 20th, so that’s probably going to be first in line. Plus I’m joining a SAL for Quaker à Six Mains, which will only be a small part a month, but it still starts November 1st, so I need to prep my material and floss for that.

And, somewhere in there, I need to do my annual Christmas cross stitch. I haven’t quite decided what to do yet - I have several options I’ve been considering. The natural choice would be the companion to last year’s project, Noel Santa. But, I’m also sorely tempted by Victoria Sampler’s Jingle Bells Christmas Tree Farm or Gingerbread Garden. Of course, there’s many other options… so a little more consideration is necessary.
